Like all Great Wolf locations, this ones best asset is Fort Mackenzie, an interactive treehouse with twelve levels of soaking fun. The greatest of all soak buckets sits atop Fort Mackenzie and measures in at 1,000 gallons. Every few minutes, a warning bell will sound, and the bucket begins to tip over the roof and onto the group below.
The Mineshaft is a water body slide that will hurl riders down a 100-foot drop. Lookout Mountain lets rafters slide down into the lazy river, to float on an endless current of soft waves. Slap Tail Pond wave pool features 3-foot waves that children can splash and body surf in. Adults will love the North and South Hot Springs, the jumbo whirlpools that lets you relax and unwind.
The Gr8_Space tech center offers games, computer access, and Ipods for teens to have a great time with their friends, new and old. The Lodge also features an arcade, story time, and even a kid's spa, featuring ice cream themed manicures, facials, and pedicures! Beginning mid-summer 2009, the park will feature the MagiQuest interactive fantasy game. The game is a four-story, live-action adventure game, where guests are armed with magic wands, and sent to explore an enchanted kingdom, while solving puzzles, discovering hidden treasures, helping mystical characters, and even slaying a dragon. The combination of video game, role-play, and story-telling makes you the star of this one-of-a-kind experience.
The park offers a variety of dining options, including Camp Critter Buffet, Loose Moose Bar and Grill, and Bob's Bar. This Lodge is jammed packed with enough to keep families busy for days at a time! In a town with lots of great waterpark choices, you won't regret choosing the Great Wolf Lodge.
