Paradise Landing
Milwaukee, WisconsinParadise Landing is an indoor waterpark that offers plenty of weekend fun. The park is designed with Jamaican village decor, and offers three full levels of entertainment. There is a hydrotherapy spa and a lagoon for the adults to enjoy while the kids play. Youngsters will enjoy a kiddie pool with a boat slide, the Turtle Squirt and the Mushroom Rain Drop Fountain, a favorite of the littlest swimmers. There is also a seashell slide and a frog slide. The park supplies towels for guests, so there is no need to bring any along.
The Family Fun Center gives guests a chance to have some fun on dry land. The center features video and arcade games that can be played for tickets and prizes. The tropical theme continues in the center with the sound of steel drums playing while you move from game to game. When it is time to refuel, head to the Cabana Cove, which features snacks, pizza, and very reasonably priced sandwiches.
There are a number of special packages available that include admission to the waterpark, as well as a stay in a hotel room at the Hilton Milwaukee. Sometimes the waterpark is restricted for only guests of the hotel, so if you are not planning to rent a room, call ahead to be sure the park is available. There are also special packages available that include discounted admission to other Milwaukee area attractions and summer festivals. The park also offers birthday packages for children wishing to celebrate their birthday at the park. Parties include admission to the park, tokens for the arcade, pizza, beverages, decorations, and a birthday cake.
