Group rates are available for those wishing to attend with more than one family. Discounted admission tickets are available for guests arriving after 3 pm, and season passes are available at a discounted rate. Most of the season passes can be used at all of the Knott's Soak City locations. All-inclusive birthday packages are a great way to celebrate your child's big day, and feature admission for the other children, a kid's meal, and birthday cupcakes. The package  includes a reserved spot in the birthday zone, so party-goers will have privacy from the other park guests.

The park offers a variety of snack options, and your valuables can be stored in rented lockers, offering visitors the chance to roam the park in their swimsuits. Guests can also rent cabanas for the day, which include seating for eight,  the use of four inner tubes for the day, and a semi-private location to relax and enjoy the sights of the park.
